W.I.N. shall mean WHOLENESS IN NUTRIENTS.

This App is only for use by Stores/Merchandisers (hereinafter referred to as STORES) and other Entity/Person whose Registration was approved by W.I.N. and prices listed herein are for their review and valid only for their purchases.

Limitation of Liability

Liability of W.I.N. for defective items bought by STORES is limited only to replacement for same kind/brand and number of said defective items if returned within two (2) days from date of purchase.

Any damage that may be brought about by items bought from W.I.N. shall be the responsibility of the Manufacturer/s of said items and not by W.I.N.

Free Delivery of Items

Delivery shall be subject to minimum amount of purchase which shall be determined by W.I.N. from time to time.

Schedule of delivery shall be determined by W.I.N. from time to time and W.I.N. shall not be liable should there be any delay in the delivery.

Payment

Manner of payment for items bought shall be cash on delivery (COD) unless arrangement has been agreed upon by and between the STORES and W.I.N.

Payment shall ONLY be made by the STORES to W.I.N's authorized Entity/Person.
